Member Services Representative

Looking for an ambitious, career oriented individual.  This is a one year term position with the possibility of further employment.

As our Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering prompt and friendly service, handling cash and promoting the credit union's products and services.

We believe there is a scam out right now that is saying they are from Microsoft and you are having errors on your computer.  They then try to get you to run a program which may give them access to your computer.

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE CALLS!!

We advise you to never allow anyone you do not know personally (local computer technology personnel) access to your computer system via the telephone.  By doing so you may give them access to all your personal information.

What to do:

• Ask for a call back number.
• Ask for a name
• Do not answer their questions but write them down if possible.
• Contact your local computer technology personnel.
